Bob Lagasse to represent PCs in Dawson Trail in 2016 election - Progressive Conservative Party of Manitoba

Foster home operator, volunteer brings valuable experience to the PC team: Pallister

The Progressive Conservative Party of Manitoba is pleased to announce Bob Lagasse as its candidate in the Dawson Trail constituency for the 2016 provincial election.

“Bob has extensive experience in family services and as a volunteer that will bring positive change to Dawson Trail,” said PC Leader Brian Pallister. “I look forward to working with him as we strive to bring a change for the better to Dawson Trail, and to all Manitobans.”

Bob runs a specialized foster home in Landmark for a Child and Family Services agency, and has worked in the family services system for 16 years. He has long volunteered with churches, and at a children’s camp and drop-in centre with positions ranging from counsellor to Sunday school teacher.

The PC Party is continuing to build momentum across Manitoba, with more nominations coming in the weeks and months ahead.

The PCs have so far nominated 47 candidates in the 57 constituencies. Of the party’s 31 new candidates, 11 are women.
