The Progressive Conservative Party of Manitoba is pleased to announce the newest candidate to join the team for the upcoming election in 2016 is Tracey Maconachie in River Heights.

“Tracey Maconachie has a passion for non-profit work and extensive experience in creating opportunities for businesses as well. And she knows how to bring people together to communicate in a very effective way,” said PC Leader Brian Pallister. “In the weeks to come, we’re looking forward to welcoming more and more high-quality candidates like Tracey to our team.”
Tracey is currently the president of the Life Science Association of Manitoba. Her professional career has included relationship-building among business, government and community leaders, and she has worked with non-profit organizations as well.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Manitoba, and has served on the St. Boniface Hospital Research Enterprise Committee and as a parent council member at a local school.
Of the 22 new PC candidates nominated in preparation for the 2016 provincial election, there are now 10 women.
